Returns: No returns or exchanges All Copper and Bronze products are considered custom as they are handcrafted when ordered. There are no returns or exchanges.  Manufacturer Warranty: All of our products are covered by a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty will be voided if there has been any unauthorized alteration, modifications, or repairs performed. Damage due to installation error, product misuse and improper maintenance are excluded from this warranty. The limited one year warranty is strictly for structural or manufacturing defects (such as cracked welds or material failure, such as leaking). Scratches, stains and discoloring that can occur under normal use will not be covered under this warranty. Be aware that most of our products are handmade and that small imperfections, glitches, color non-uniformity are to be expected. Copper is considered a living finish and no warranty with respect to the finishes on these products, as the finishes naturally change over time. Changes to the color, tone, patina, sheen, and surface appearance of copper, including spotting, darkening, lightening, streaking, discoloration, and other natural living-finish characteristics, are not defects. These changes are not covered by any warranty, express or implied, offered by Rustic Sinks or by the manufacturer for products sold through Rustic Sinks, and they are not grounds for a return, exchange, refund, or claim based on appearance alone. Acidic foods, lemons, tomatoes, wine, chemicals, cleaning products, etc. can lighten, darken, or remove the finish. We are very proud of our products quality and stand behind them. The use of plumber’s putty on our products also voids the warranty. Silicone sealing compounds should be used instead. This warranty does not cover; shipping cost, labor cost and/or damage incurred in installation, repair, or replacement, as well as any other kind of loss or damage. Warranty excludes all commercial and business usage. Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that it will provide replacement or refund the purchase price at our discretion of any product that fails to meet the requirements above within the first year. Labor costs for removal of existing product and installation of replacement product is not included. Color match of the replacement product to that being replaced cannot be guaranteed. This warranty is valid to the original customer and non-transferable. Manufacturer makes no other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Purchaser’s remedy is limited to replacement as described above, and under no circumstances shall the manufacturer be liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use this product, or for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. No installer, dealer, agent, or employee of Manufacturer has the authority to modify the obligations or limitations of this warranty.
