RETURN POLICY (30 DAYS)
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS- Buyer must obtain RMA number, follow the return instruction and pay to ship the product back to our warehouse at your own cost. Return without RMA number will not be processed. Buyer agrees to pay a 25% restocking fee per item in your order. This charge may be made in advance or deducted from your credit. All returned items must be in original packaging, show no sign of physical damage or parts shortage; this may affect the amount credited on your return. All refunds will be credited back to its original payment method; Refunds are generally issued within 5-7 business days after receipt of the returned products. No refunds or exchanges will be processed before receiving your returned products.
BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM To return any merchandise, you must request an RMA – “Return Merchandise Authorization” [within 30 days from the date order is received], from our online support department with your order number and provide item(s) you wish to return.
GUIDELINES -Merchandise must not be installed and must in 100% resalable new condition. You have to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our online department before shipping back the merchandise. Customer pays return shipping costs back to Kingston Brass’s Warehouse All Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, based on the value of the returned merchandise. Shipping is Non-Refundable. Products purchased over 30 days are not returnable or exchangeable. NO RETURNS ON glass, ceramic, porcelain, including toilets, sinks, bath tubs, consoles and vanities NO RETURNS TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE US (Defective units will be serviced for replacement parts) Refused shipments and unauthorized returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus return shipping and re-consignment fees. Returns requested past 30 days of delivery will be denied.

Warranty:
10 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
Warranty to the original consumer to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Warrantied to be flawless during normal residential use. If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, you may obtain warranty parts with the original place of purchase. If these parts are unavailable by the original place of purchase then manufacturer will, free of charge, mail the original owner the cartridge or parts necessary to put the faucet in good working condition. All warranty parts will be shipped freight prepaid ground service. If expedited shipping is requested customer will be responsible for freight charges. This product warranty applies only to faucets installed in the United States ONLY.

Other aspects of the faucet or accessories, to be free of defects in material and workmanship during
normal residential use within (10) ten years from the date of purchase to its original owner, EXCEPT Oil Rubbed Bronze and Dark Bronze since they are considered Living Finishes and as such, color changes are part of the normal Living Finish Behavior, However Oil Rubbed Bronze and Dark bronze Faucets still carry a 10 year mechanical warranty. At manufacturer's election, repair, provide replacement part(s), or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to any product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse will void the faucets (10) year limited warranty. Improper cleaning and care will also void the faucets warranty. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) MUST be provided with all warranty claims. Not held responsible for labor
charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential cost. In no event shall the liability exceed the purchase price of the item purchased.

*NEVER USE CLEANERS CONTAINING ABRASIVE CLEANERS, AMMONIA, BLEACH, ACIDS, WAXES, ALCOHOL,
SOLVENTS OR OTHER PRODUCTS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHROME FINISHES. THIS WILL VOID THE ITEMS 10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY.
