This product is assembled and plated by hand in the USA. Each part is unique and individual, and may vary slightly in dimension from one part to another. We warrant the quality of our products to be free of manufactured defects and will repair any defective product up to two (2) years from purchase date. Replacement parts may not be available for discontinued products after two years of purchase. Products installed outdoors do not qualify for complete warranty. Damage from freezing temperatures is not covered by this warranty.
Clean filters and aerators periodically to ensure proper operation. Wipe fixture with a clean, soft, damp cloth and blot dry as often as possible. Recommended cleaning materials are water and mild detergent solutions. DO NOT without exception, and under any circumstances, use cleaners containing harsh chemicals or abrasive content on our products (i.e. Comet, Ajax, Simple Green, window cleaner, vinegar). This will cause harm to the finished surface of our products. To protect and extend the life of our finishes, we recommend the periodic application of 100% carnauba wax, typically found in a hard shell car wax (such as Turtle wax, to name one common and readily available brand). This is especially important where hard water, well water and any water source containing high mineral content is used. If left unprotected, this water may etch the metal, leaving a whitish effect, which cannot be removed or undone.
