Care & Maintenance
Soapstone naturally develops a darker patina with use and exposure to oils. For a consistent deep black appearance, we recommend using a modern engineered sealer like Enrich and Seal by Aqua Mix, which provides food-safe protection for a year or more. Unlike traditional mineral oil treatments that wash away with each cleaning, engineered sealers offer durable, long-lasting results. If you prefer the natural evolution of the stone, no treatment is necessary—any surface marks can be easily buffed out.

Buyers Remorse- Buyers may return within 10 days from delivery. Re-stocking charges of 25% will apply. Return freight is responsibility of buyer. Custom orders can not be returned. Buyer must obtain a RMA number, follow the return instructions and pay to have product shipped back to the manufacturer at your own cost.
Damaged Product- Carefully inspect all products as soon as possible. Up to 2 days are allowed for reporting damage
All returned items must be in original packaging, no sign of physical damage, parts shortage, or the return will not be credited to a full amount.

The manufacturer will replace or repair such items that may prove to be defective. The manufacturer does not assume liability for labor charges, removal or re-installation expenses, freight or postage, injuries, or incidental or consequential damages resulting from a defective product. Any product problem which results from abuse, misuse, improper installation or maintenance, hardware, proximity to bodies of salt water or accidental damage, are not covered by any warranty set forth.
