Return Policy

30 Days: All returns must be requested within 30 days of ship date.
35% Re-Stocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 35% re-stocking fee.Â
Return Merchandise Authorization: All returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by an RMA form. Package must have an RMA # on the box. Requests for returns should be emailed.Condition: Item must be in its original packaging and in mint condition. No items may be returned after installation or attempt of installation. Return must be received within 10 days of RMA being issued or the RMA will be void.

24 Hours: All items must be inspected for damage within 24 hours of receipt. We must receive notification of any damage within 24 hours by email which includes a description of the damage and several images of the damaged product and outer box.

Return Shipping: In case of goods damaged during shipping, If it is necessary for item to be returned we will pay for return shipping costs along with the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. If received prior to shipping, order will be voided with zero fees. If the item has already shipped an RMA for return must be submitted before the item can be returned.
Warranty
Warranty
One year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not include the patina.
Use of plumbers putty on any product will void the warranty. Only use silicone with installation.
Warranty begins from purchase date on invoice and only applies to the original purchaser. An invoice must be provided in order to file a warranty claim. If a free replacement is granted under warranty, the warranty time frame continues from the original purchase date, and not from the date of free replacement.
Products are warranted for normal use and exclude defect or damage caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, scratches, dents, abrasives, chemicals, improper installation/care/maintenance (whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person), or alteration. This warranty does not apply to the replacement of components where damage is caused by normal wear and tear, dirt, lime scale, aggressive water conditions, or harsh or abrasive cleaners or materials. If a product is defective, the limit of damage is the cost of the defective material. Our warranties are not transferable. We are not liable for consequential damage, labor loss, or expense of any nature.
