What are my Shipping Options?

We try to ship as soon as the products are made available, some shipping the same day and some qualify for free shipping! For items in stock, we ship 1-2 days after payment. Look at the availability details on the specific product you would like to order for the approximate time to ship. These times are estimated but not guaranteed. Custom or special order items ship out within 2-6 weeks. We email a notification with a tracking number when your order ships.

Route+ is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.

The Route App allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers, dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery.

Using various shipping companies (Fed Ex, USPS, UPS or DHL) you will not be able to choose the exact one but if you need your products expedited, just let us know, we can quote you the shipping rates before placing your order.
