Return Policy
All products are sold as "Brand New" in its original package. Please make sure the merchandise is what you want and it will work with your fixture. If you are not sure, please send us a email for assistance before placing the order.
Buyers Remorse- Buyers may return within 10 days from delivery. Re-stocking charges of 25% will apply. Return freight is responsibility of buyer. Custom orders can not be returned. Buyer must obtain a RMA number, follow the return instructions and pay to have product shipped back to the manufacturer at your own cost.
Damaged Product- Carefully inspect all products as soon as possible. Up to 2 days are allowed for reporting damage.
Buyer agrees to a 25% restocking fee per item in the order plus our shipping costs, this charge will be deducted from any credit given. Please contact us before ordering for the amount.
All returned items must be in original packaging, no sign of physical damage, parts shortage, or the return will not be credited to a full amount.

This stone sink is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship (not breakage) for a period of 10 years from the date of sale. The manufacturer will replace or repair such items that may prove to be defective. The manufacturer does not assume liability for labor charges, removal or re-installation expenses, freight or postage, injuries, or incidental or consequential damages resulting from a defective product. Any product problem which results from abuse, misuse, improper installation or maintenance, hardware, proximity to bodies of salt water or accidental damage, are not covered by any warranty set forth.
